Initiatives in business activities
Through our comprehensive construction business, Nisshin Tekko Construction will continue to engage in various social contribution activities and work toward a better future for the environment.

We are expanding educational opportunities through a system that develops employees through business and community coexistence activities that provide learning experiences to children. We are nurturing human resources who proactively tackle problems to realize a sustainable society and who will become the foundation of the future.

We believe that women's active participation in society is a necessary condition for creating a sustainable society, and we are promoting the creation of a work environment that develops and nurtures the skills of female employees. We also develop housing that reduces the burden of housework on women and support their active participation in society.

We have established a work environment where diverse human resources, including women, seniors, and people with disabilities, can demonstrate their individual capabilities and work flexibly. We are promoting the advancement of women and work-life balance, and working to realize rewarding and humane employment.

We introduce new technologies and services to land, housing, and business facilities, creating income-generating industries and improving living standards, building resilient infrastructure, and empowering our customers and local communities.

We believe that contributing to the achievement of the goal of "creating sustainable urban areas" is our most important responsibility, and we are promoting the creation of towns and homes that are safe and easy for all to live in, resilient to disasters, and with a low environmental impact.

Through our "Children's Cafeteria" activities, we promote efforts to steadily supply safe and secure food. We not only provide meals, but also provide support by closely watching over the children and acting as an intermediary with the government.

We aim to create a society where everyone can live vibrantly, regardless of age or disability, and we not only provide meals, but also provide support such as keeping a close eye on residents and acting as a bridge to the government.

We promote activities to embrace and support people who are excluded from society because of their gender or disability as members of society. Through various efforts aimed at correcting inequalities, we ensure that everyone, including the socially vulnerable, can live a dignified life.
