We are nurturing human resources who proactively tackle problems to realize a sustainable society and who will become the foundation of the future.
We believe that women's active participation in society is a necessary condition for creating a sustainable society, and we are promoting the creation of a work environment that develops and nurtures the skills of female employees. We also develop housing that reduces the burden of housework on women and support their active participation in society.

Through our "Children's Cafeteria" activities, we promote efforts to steadily supply safe and secure food. We not only provide meals, but also provide support by closely watching over the children and acting as an intermediary with the government.
