Job Type
This job involves processing H-beams using industrial machinery (band saws, multi-spindle drill presses, development processing machines, shears, etc.).
We also use cranes to move steel materials, remove burrs using grinders, and clean machines.
We will support you in obtaining qualifications such as crane operation.

Main duties and daily work flow
We would like to introduce you to a day in the life of Matsunuma, who is in management work in his third year at the company.
The main duties are material calculations, ordering materials (steel), creating inspection and safety documents, cost estimates, etc. In addition, I also handle emails and phone calls with business partners.

I order materials to be processed in the factory. This is the important job that starts everything. I check with my superiors and coworkers and take the utmost care to ensure there are no mistakes.

We have many reliable senior employees who are second to none in terms of technology. There are many friendly people, so it is an environment where you can easily ask for advice.

Assemble and weld parts.
Although there are many difficult projects, such as earthquake resistance for important cultural properties and complex structures, there is a sense of accomplishment. The properties handled by Nisshin are often featured on television, such as national treasures and large commercial facilities, so you can feel a sense of fulfillment from having been involved in the construction of such properties.

Creating drawings. When I first joined the company, I couldn't understand any drawings at all, but now I can create drawings by making full use of "UI Designer," "Sigma," and "Real Four."
